About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website or buy from BJ Halal Foods online. By placing an order you agree to them.
Prices and tax
Prices on this site are shown excluding consumption tax. Tax at the rate for each item (8% for most food, 10% for other goods and for fees) is added at checkout and shown before you confirm. Prices may change; your order keeps the price shown when you placed it.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The sale is final when we hand over or ship the goods. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you and you won't be charged for it.
Payment
Pay at the shop by cash or PayPay when you pick up your order, or pay the driver in cash on delivery (代引き). We do not take online payment yet.
Products
All products we sell are halal. Photos are for illustration and packaging may differ. Please check the label for ingredients and allergens before eating; contact us if you need details.
Delivery, returns and refunds

Accounts
Keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account. We may close accounts that are misused.
Liability
We are responsible for the goods we sell as required by Japanese law. We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier delays or natural disasters.
Law and court
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute will be handled by the Hiroshima District Court as the court of first instance.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
