Where we deliver

Anywhere in Japan, by home delivery. You can also pick your order up at the shop at no charge.

Delivery fees

• Standard delivery: ¥1,500 per order, free on orders of ¥7,000 or more (before tax).
• Chilled or frozen items (cool delivery, クール便): +¥0 per order, included in free delivery.
• Hokkaido: +¥0. Okinawa: +¥0.
• Cash on delivery (代引き) fee: ¥0, waived on orders of ¥7,000 or more.
• Fees are shown before tax; 10% consumption tax is added to them at checkout.

Delivery date and time

At checkout you can choose a delivery date and a time slot (morning, 14–16, 16–18, 18–20 or 19–21). We do our best to meet it; if we can't, we will contact you before we ship.

You receive a tracking number when your order is shipped, shown on your order page.

Chilled and frozen items

Meat, fish and other chilled or frozen products are sent by cool delivery (クール便) so they arrive cold. Please receive them promptly and refrigerate or freeze them straight away.

Pickup at the shop

Choose “Pick up at the shop” at checkout. We let you know when your order is ready; collect it during opening hours (10:00–22:00, every day) and pay at the counter by cash or PayPay.
